This cartoon, as strange as it can sounds, was rarely available to the general pubblic in his original form.
However, it was not shown with cuts or similia, but in black and white!
As the majority of the early Famous short, "Pleased to Eat You" is a terrific entry.
Most of the strenght of the cartoon comes from the vocal characterization of Sid Raymond, here in his Berth Lahr's Cowardly Lion persona (the same voice he used for Wolfie by the way).
